Collection and Delivery Information

Collection and Delivery Options

HEX Fireworks provide several pick up and delivery options. We operate a Click and Collect service from our HEX HQ and also local delivery, as well as national delivery services.

 

Local delivery in time for Bonfire Night 2026: 

Firework orders must be placed by midnight Monday 2nd November. Last delivery day Wednesday 4th November 2026.

Nationwide delivery in time for Bonfire Night 2026: 

Firework orders must be placed by Monday 26th October 2026.

Local delivery in time for New Year's Eve 2026: 

Firework orders must be placed by midnight Sunday 27th December. Last delivery day Tuesday 29th December 2026.

Nationwide delivery in time for New Year's Eve 2026:

Firework orders must be placed by Wednesday 9th December 2026.

Pick Up/Delivery Options 

HEX Fireworks provide several pick up and delivery options. We operate a Click and Collect service from our HEX HQ and also local delivery, as well as national delivery services.

Orders can be placed online and collected from our facility at High Barns Farm.

Fireworks

PLEASE NOTE: Firework orders must be placed independently from #HEXLife and Non-Hazardous products.

1. Collect order from HEX HQ - FREE - MK44 3ET.

2. Local delivery by Team HEX - FREE - for delivery within a 17 mile radius of MK44 3ET - minimum order value £50.

3. Nationwide delivery by HazMat carrier - £50 - minimum order value £150.

4. Nationwide firework delivery by HazMat carrier - FREE - for orders over £300. 

Click and Collect Information

Orders can be placed online and collected from our facility at High Barns Farm.

We offer a click and collect service from HEX HQ.

HEX HQ at Roxton - is normally open weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm for collections.

We will extend these hours in the lead up to Bonfire Night, Christmas and New Year 2026/27 as follows:

There are several options for the delivery of your fireworks order.

Local delivery

Free local delivery on orders over £50 within a 17 mile radius of MK44 3ET.

Please ensure you have your order acknowledgement to hand and our acknowledgement of receipt must be signed. We will provide a pen which you can keep. 

We may also ask to see a photo ID with proof of age under the Challenge 25 guidance. We are unable to hand over fireworks to people under the age of 18.

Suitable documents include:

Valid photo card driving licence 

Passport

Military ID

Proof of age bearing the PASS hologram

National delivery

Delivery by HazMat carrier - £50 - for orders over £150.

Delivery by HazMat carrier - FREE - for orders over £300.

The delivery driver must obtain proof of delivery signed for by a person of over 18 years of age (Photo ID as stipulated above will be required under the Challenge 25 guidance). They will not be able to leave the goods without that verified signature.

HEXLife orders

The delivery charges some products will vary according to the item and the shipping address and are shown at Checkout.

(All available products may be subject to delivery restrictions as per our Shipping Policy).

We aim to keep the process as simple and convenient as possible for customers.

Ignite Firing Systems - Remote Wireless Firing Controller
