Collect from HEX HQ at Roxton

When you place your fireworks or safety gear order with us there is an option to collect it from HEX HQ by selecting 'Pick Up' at the Checkout. Once we receive your order and payment we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your HEXplosives.

The collection point at HEX HQ is located on a busy working farm and has several other small businesses operating from the site. We therefore need to make specific arrangements with customers who want to collect, just to make sure that we provide the high level of service we aim for.

On arrival we ask that you park at the designated parking place and call the telephone number on your order acknowledgement to let us know you are here. We are trying to limit access to the office during the current circumstances. 

We will bring your order out to your vehicle.

Please have the boot open ready for us to put your order in and help us by maintaining a 2 metre distance from our staff as much as possible. Please do not be offended by our staff wearing face coverings.  Please ensure you bring your order acknowledgement with you and our acknowledgement of receipt must be signed. We will provide a pen which you can keep.

We may also ask to see a photo ID with proof of age under the Challenge 25 guidance. We are unable to hand over fireworks to people under the age of 18.

Suitable documents include:

Valid photo card driving licence 

Passport

Military ID

Proof of age bearing the PASS hologram

You will get an additional notification to confirm that your order has been collected.
